When Tim and Pat Hogan founded T.P. Hogan Painting & Cleaning over four decades ago, they had one simple philosophy: do excellent work, be honest, and treat every customer like family.
That philosophy hasn’t changed. Today, T.P. Hogan is one of Ottawa’s most respected painting and cleaning companies — not because we’re the biggest, but because we care the most. We’re the team that shows up on time, communicates clearly, and doesn’t leave until you’re 100% satisfied.
From our first job — a small apartment in Centretown — to large commercial projects across the Ottawa region, every project gets the same personal attention from Tim and his crew.<

1980s
The Beginning
Tim and Pat Hogan start their painting business in Ottawa with a truck, a ladder, and a commitment to quality that would define the next four decades.
1990s
Growing Reputation
Word of mouth drives growth as Ottawa homeowners recommend T.P. Hogan to friends and neighbours. Commercial contracts begin coming in.
2000s
Expanding Services
Addition of specialized cleaning services to complement our painting expertise. The combination proves invaluable for renovation and construction clients.
